The six works above are representative of the style I have adopted over the past 30 years. Using probabilistic techniques introduces uncertainty and diminution of control thereby changing the creative process to one of problem solving and heuristic decision making.
The images above are simple test renders of some of the basic techniques I’ve been looking at over the past few months. The textures used are rudimentary as are the meshes. Besides gaining a proficient working knowledge of Blender, I will need understand maths nodes as well as the new introduced geometry nodes.
